hmm....last week we attended three days of the adam khoo workshop..hehex...let me tell ur the things tt happened bahxxx.....there are four instructor for our express classes...got gary(most funniest),adam(most serious),melvin(abit sot) and also wayne(bearbear)...lolxx...

the four instructor ren bu ke mao xiang nia....all like to tok alot of crap sia...hahax...then in this wkshop gt learned to apply super memory,really amazing nia...haha...but hor sit on the chair for so long time then buttock very the painful sia...hehex....although the duration is very long,but nt tired la...cuz very interesting....then at abt after our dinner,wayne came in and showed us a video,"rocky"....and after tt tok to us till very late then let us go....then luckily gt bei de daddy drive me home...then just got home in time to watch 'jin san shun'...so nice man...then till very late then slp cuz still need to bath all tt.....

very tired man....but quite look forward to it la..hehex....they change their shift today nehx....first gary came in then wayne,melvin and then adam....hmmm.....today nehxx....melvin made us cry le....he reallly shuo bian jiu bian...suddenly so fierce...he made us recall back abt this past 16 years de things....then after tt is making us think that our parents is on earth for the last day and tok lots of things and alot of us cried till dunno like wat...hahax....he did this is to make us realised tt we should not take things for granted...after which,he want us to sing the song 'if we hold on together' with our friends and hug them....it was really touching and memorable nia....i will not forget abt this day man...hehex....then today adam taught us abt setting our goals but i wasnit sure of wat to do in the future nehx...haiizz...so frustrating....

today more tired sia....hahax....today is the last day of the wk shop le....quite she bu de nehxxx....the shift changed again....gary first then wayne then adam and melvin...we were taught many things during these three days and i realised these four trainer are all very open-minded sia...hahax...espec gary and melvin..hahax...then gt one section where melvin took out out $10 and said who wanna succeed and every one keep saying 'me!me!me!'...then gt some ppl went up and say they wan but they didn't get to take the money...then ds went up and say 'i take action' and tt’s how he got tt $10...hahax..then ds wanna give him back the $10 then in the end melvin sign on it…after tt we went to eat dinner which is provided by the sch then after tt went up to the hall and have this thing tt allow the student to speak their minds and thank their parents for everything..zhi an was the first one and made me cry nia…then after tt got a lot of ppl went up…very touching nehx..after tt I went to hug ms chee and ms Judith and thanks Melvin for all the things he had thought us…its really a memorable day for me nehx…. =P
